Combination Beach Study Courses -
Seville and Conil

We now offer a combination course beginning in Seville, the capital city of Andalusia, and finishing with our partner school in Conil, a charming fishing village on the "Costa de la Luz", the Atlantic coast, just 150 km south of Seville.


Conil: The Delight of Costa de la Luz

Conil's coastline offers a huge variety of small secluded coves, cliffs and long expanses of white, fine sandy beaches. The quality of beaches in this area has no rival in Spain. Lush, green pine woods surround Conil, offering the perfect setting for the village.

The historical part of Conil keeps all the charm of a typical Andalusian village with narrow streets, white-washed houses, and patios with plants and flowers. It has the feeling of a true Spanish village yet it is also one of the liveliest towns on the coast, with bars, restaurants and night spots that fill up with people night after night, making it a hub of activity.

Conil can be reached in less than 2 hours from Seville via the E5 highway and is serviced by bus and rail.

Combi Course: Intensive

This is the general Spanish course which we recommend for everyone who does not need to take Spanish for a specific training purpose.
Intensive Spanish courses consist of four 50-minute classes per morning with a maximum of 10 students per group.

The class focus is on communication, listening, vocabulary, and important grammar. This course is available to all levels.

On the first day of your Spanish course you will have a free level test that will allow us to put you in the right class. Students with no previous knowledge of the Spanish language will be automatically placed in the beginners group.

Combi Course: Intensive Plus

This is a general Spanish course for those people who want more exposure to the Spanish language during their course.

Intensive Plus Spanish consists of four 50-minute classes in the morning and two 50-minute classes in the afternoon per day with a maximum of 10 students per group.

If there is only one or two students per level in the afternoon classes, these may be substituted by five 60-min classes per week. This course is available at all levels. Your level is determined via a free level test, which you take on your first day. Students with no prior knowledge of Spanish will be placed in the beginners’ group.


Cultural Activities in Conil

The Spanish learning experience continues out of the classroom when teachers accompany students on the cultural activities organized by the school, such as barbecues, "tapas" outings, cooking and gastronomic classes, cycling and trekking routes, Spanish film evenings, music workshops, etc.

Visits are also programmed to close cities like Cadiz, founded in 2000 BC and the oldest existing city in Europe, Jerez (Sherry), well known for its wines, the “Ruta de los pueblos blancos” the typically whitewashed villages, the Grazalema National Reserve and Tarifa, the windsurfing capital of Europe. Morocco is a mere two hours journey from Conil.

Apart from the possibilities offered by the school, Conil and the surrounding area are the ideal place to practice all sorts of outdoor activities: Beach sports, horse riding, tennis, etc.. the list is endless.

Studying in Conil - Non-Combination Course If you just want to get to the beach for your whole course and not take the Combi course, Linc will arrange your course for you in Conil. Our partner school in Conil has been teaching Spanish for 20 years, and offers a variety of Spanish intensive courses for general or professional purposes. The school is run by a professional team and is accredited by the prestigious Instituto Cervantes. The school is located in the town centre, just a few minutes walk from the beach. The school occupies a spacious building with a library, Internet facilities, dance studio, kitchen and a barbecue in the patio, all on the same premises. There is also a rooftop terrace for students living on-site in the school with fantastic views of the beach and the Moroccan coast across the Straits of Gibraltar.
